This place had no signage to indicate it was the correct location. I drove in circles around it looking for the name of the business I was provided. This was another last minute change which was a massive inconvenience. I had to drive an hour across Chicago to get here compared to my original drop off location because it was “full” which is a U-Haul problem that they should have resolved. If you want me to re-disburse your equipment for you, there should be compensation or discounts applied to make it work. This was the worst reservation I’ve had for a rental vehicle.

Tess HClarify that there’s no counter, no office. I picked this location bc your site says there is a service counter. Then i get there and cannot find anyone. Turns out i needed to check in online anyway, which during making the reservation, was presented as an option, not required. Very painful experience.
Nino PI appreciate the convenience of walking distance rental, but the app kept malfunctioning and causing me to have to retake photos and reenter information. Was a lot longer of a process when it would have taken less time with an in-person store. Be sure to read the required documents/identify verification list carefully before walking all the way to the U-Haul location without necessary document/contacts available. I hope you take this feedback into consideration. Thank you.

Vincent Thonestly this experience was terrible and i’ll never do it again. it was hard to find, the lockbox with the key in it was really hard to open, the process kept skipping steps then going back and making me redo it. then it wanted me to have someone verify that we are real which i had no idea was going to happen so i didn’t warn anyone to answer the call and verify us. awful

Alexis BThis was a very bad experience. The UHaul site and app kept crashing which delayed key retrieval significantly and we were almost late for the movers we booked through UHaul accordingly. Also, I paid for a dolley and furniture pads and they were not in the truck. I would never do mobile pick up at a UHaul location again.
