I was told that this location opened at 9:00 a.m. We wanted to pick the truck up at 8:30, but since the location opened up at 9:00 a.m. we waited. We drove around and could not find the U-Haul location. We then realized that the location was a parking spot in the back of a gas station. The gas station attendant told me that no one from U-Haul is ever at the location, it is not manned. I was not provided with this information and had to call for help and this delayed us another 30 minutes. Then once we were given the code, we realized the lock box was never locked to begin with. We did however have trouble getting the lock off of the box to get to the keys. A horrible experience.

Piotr AOne of the worst experiences ever. I tried returning the dolly back to the truck location where I had dropped it off because I forgot. Their webpage that had my rental details on it gave me a drop off location address that was not where I dropped it off. I Spent a lot of time physically, and on the phone with them, trying to get them to tell me where I had returned the truck to. They were unable to do that. U-Haul is a living nightmare.
