Manager at rental place was very rude and argumentive. The original location did not call and tell me that my U-Haul was not available- i drove 30 minutes away to find that the U-Haul i reserved was no longer available. Also, my reservation was switched to another city without updating me or updating the pick up information on the U-Haul app. Will NEVER use U-Haul again. Horrible experience!!!
