The app had this as 3 possible positions for drop off. When I completed the drop off procedure, I went inside and was told this was not a drop off location. I called customer support and they were very helpful and the location I ended up dropping off at was extremely helpful and apologetic.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul. The store didn’t keep the posted operating hours. They were a half hour late showing up in the morning. The truck’s door didn’t function which made it difficult to load and unload. And when I arrived to return the vehicle at the agreed upon time, there was no one there again. This establishment is not a real U-Haul place. Lesson learned, I will not rent from this location again- and possibly U-Haul because this experience was so negative.

The rating at Rahana is no accident - they are super-professional, thorough, and go the extra mile. No rushing through pre-rental inspection: they take the time to review the van inside and out with you, marking any damage for you on the form. I wasn't sure I was in the right place because I didn't see a bunch of vehicles out front, but then my van appeared out of nowhere, right on time. I will rent from Rahana again!

We made a reservation for 3pm on a Friday and the person did not show up until 3:45. The reservation had been booked 24 hours before.
