The pickup location was fine. My complaint is about the cost which is not in their control. The vehicle is advertised at $19.95 to rent. By the time all was said and done, my bill was over $100. I chose to get the $30 damage protection which I know is part of the discrepancy. But I had no idea I’d have to pay for mileage on the vehicle and several other fees. I think advertising it at $19.95 is fraudulent because there is no possible way that someone could actually rent it for only $19.95.
