The proprietor manages a gas station market alone. He has no time to help someone returning a rental. He directed me to park the trailer on a hill where, once detached, the trailer started to roll down the hill just after I had taken some photos for the drop off process. I turned it sideways manually and have no idea if I could have done it with a larger one. This was potentially dangerous.

Jennifer CAgent inside the gas station was not being helpful with the pick-up process. He stated "do it online". As I was "doing it online", the site was not recognizing my location even though I was at the location. Still, agent insisted that I complete the process online. He was not being helpful in the slightest. Not to mention the agent did not inform me of how much fuel was in the tank. The fuel gage read between a quarter and a half tank. This is what I had in the truck when I dropped it off only to find out that in the system it stated a half tank of fuel was in the truck upon pickup. Furthermore, the passenger side exterior mirror would not stay inplace and made for a very unsafe trip.
Robert JNO truck was reserved though the app allowed me to complete a mobile pickup. I had to call and be on the phone for 15 minutes to have a truck secures for pickup inside. The Cashier inside, does not seem to know the procedure, because when I showed him the screen that says I should get a key, he took me through the whole application and asked me back for all the information I already put in the app. He even stopped and sold every customer while having me wait for him. My 11AM turned into 11:50, but they still used an earlier drop off time.
JEROME LI didn’t receive a dolly or furniture pads and it wasn’t gas n the truck but I was charged for all of that!!!!!
BRANDON AThe initial clerk I spoke with wouldn’t accept the trailer and the second one wanted to know why I was returning a trailer I hadn’t rented from them. They wouldn’t count the furniture pads and argued that what I was returning were blankets and not pads. He didn’t do a walk around and I was forced to take pictures of everything. They didn’t Mar sure I cleaned out the trailer and ultimately I had to trust that they properly processed the return. Not helpful, not clean and would not recommend this location.
