7am appointment, Arrived 7:15 and I had to re-enter my reservation details in the U-haul app. Why? This added unnecessary stress and delay. Clerk at the pick up point was polite and helpful.

Truck had 0% oil life I was so afraid that it would catch fire. Then I got charged for returning the truck above empty 11 gallons whereas I only drove the car for 6 miles and I added 1 1/2 gallons of gas prior to returning at gaz station at location. 11 gallons at $5 and $30 for refueling service charges for using 6 miles
