Have a person at each location when someone has appointment to pick up
Payson HI updated my rental time and spoke with a customer service rep to do it. She sent me the updated time and I asked if I would be charged for it. She said no. But the location didn't notice the change and charged me. We were also told when they inspected the gas I was good then they charged me for that too.

TERESA TMaybe not have U-Haul users get charged twice when wanting to rent trucks from here as I got charged twice and the first, larger charge I got has yet to be reversed.
