NO truck was reserved though the app allowed me to complete a mobile pickup. I had to call and be on the phone for 15 minutes to have a truck secures for pickup inside. The Cashier inside, does not seem to know the procedure, because when I showed him the screen that says I should get a key, he took me through the whole application and asked me back for all the information I already put in the app. He even stopped and sold every customer while having me wait for him. My 11AM turned into 11:50, but they still used an earlier drop off time.

I didn’t receive a dolly or furniture pads and it wasn’t gas n the truck but I was charged for all of that!!!!!
BRANDON AThe initial clerk I spoke with wouldn’t accept the trailer and the second one wanted to know why I was returning a trailer I hadn’t rented from them. They wouldn’t count the furniture pads and argued that what I was returning were blankets and not pads. He didn’t do a walk around and I was forced to take pictures of everything. They didn’t Mar sure I cleaned out the trailer and ultimately I had to trust that they properly processed the return. Not helpful, not clean and would not recommend this location.
