The initial clerk I spoke with wouldn’t accept the trailer and the second one wanted to know why I was returning a trailer I hadn’t rented from them. They wouldn’t count the furniture pads and argued that what I was returning were blankets and not pads. He didn’t do a walk around and I was forced to take pictures of everything. They didn’t Mar sure I cleaned out the trailer and ultimately I had to trust that they properly processed the return. Not helpful, not clean and would not recommend this location.
