ZAINABU ODrop off was before they opened so I didn’t have a chance to interact with anybody
ALEXANDER ANo parking concept for big trucks or extremely tight parking in low maneuverable areas. Part of the "road" was narrowed by bumper pull trailers and a 53 foot trailer backed to the warehouse. Someone with no experience driving bigger vehicles could have issues or damage equipment.

NANCY FPlease have the guy who connected the cargo trailer to my truck review safe connection procedures. The trailer came off the hitch a quarter mile after leaving the uhaul facility. He had not tightly secured the trailer hitch to the truck.

Doreena SI don’t like that during the check in process to rent a 10ft box truck the man behind the register took a picture of my drivers license with his cell phone. That made me extremely uncomfortable and I’m concerned

REGINALD HGas tank level was incorrect. Milage was incorrect. No gas cap on truck, which drop off location asked about. I have been overcharged due to milage be incorrect.

John FPlease heed my advice and do not use this location to rent a U-haul. They did not even have the truck I had reserved and I even spoke to an employee to confirm the night before. My move could have been a disaster because of them and it was a huge inconvenience as we had to take a smaller truck and make 2 trips. I was told the truck I was supposed to be able to use had not been returned for 23 days ! I don't understand why they thought it would just finally come back that day! Terrible, terrible way to start what is already a stressful process !!!

When I told him the floor was already dirty in the front of the truck when I had got the vehicle and he told me it wasn't and he was gonna charge me if I didn't clean it and I cleaned it. And then he said he's gonna charge me for the Dolly in the back of the uhaul, because it broke loose from this flimsy plastic they had on it and it broke. I purchased a big Dolly from them. So why would I need that little one? And they charge me for that as well. And he was being really rude with me and I asked him. Why are you so mean?

Xinwei ZThey are claiming I stole a dolly and a furniture pad which was never included in the rental or the truck when picked up. I was suspicious nothing was in the truck as they are supposed to be zip tied to the inside but I paid it no mind. I WILL NEVER USE THIS U-HAUL SERVICE AGAIN THEY ARE TRYING TO GET OVER ON PEOPLE.
KaVaughn WWe returned the truck after the store was closed, then in a dark and empty parking lot, in not the greatest area, had to go to the UHaul app to take pictures of everything inside the cab. The app wasn't working correctly and I wasn't able to submit all of the photos, including the fuel gauge. The next day I had an extra charge on my card for $30, so I called UHaul to find out why. I was told that the picture I submitted showed the fuel to be almost on E, when in fact it was at 1/4. I asked the representative to send me the picture, and she took my email. As I was waiting the phone line went dead and I did not receive an email or call back, so I'm disputing the charge with my credit company. I will find any other option not to use UHaul ever again.

vadel iOver charged me made me pay for a full tank of gas when I was given the truck with a quarter of a tank & that’s on top of the truck being dirty with the previous renters junk. 0/10 I don’t recommend.
