These people at this location are very rude and not friendly at all I would never rent or drop off a truck at this location ever again I'm not sure who gets credit or over charging and lying about when a truck is dropped off but I am on camera date and time dropping it off on the correct date and I'm not paying for a extra day for something I didn't have and returned it when it was supposed to be returned I will be disputing these extra charges

There was barely any gas in the tank, like a quarter of a quarter of a tank. It was basically on E. I barely used any gas like 15miles total and filled it back up above where it was probably to an actual quarter of a tank or close to that and was charged for not returning it on whatever I was supposed to. Sorry its not my job to make up for what prior users didn't fulfill. If I'm expected to return it at a reasonable amount I expect to get it at a reasonable amount.

Fatima WThe truck's transmission seemed to be poor, since the engine sometimes "roared" when I stepped on the gas, yet the van moved very slowly. Also, at least twice, I barely touched the gearshift and it jumped out of Drive and into Neutral, mostly of its own accord. There was a little leaf/dirt debris in the cab and back, although it was pretty clean otherwise. At the location, pickup was extremely slow because they had only one person up front, with a line of customers, and he wasn't fast. When I dropped it off, nobody at all was in sight and no one came when I called. Eventually, I found one woman behind shelving/merchandise and not far from the register, so she must have heard me, but she did come to assist after I found her.
J SThey never checked equipment over. Never got extra fuel return credit, they did however didn't hesitate to charge me extra miles ( 5 miles). Couldn't understand a single word employee spoke. Definitely needs better attention.
