The truck was dirty and stinking. Their was mud inside and windshield was dirty.

Good location for pickup and friendly customer service
DAMODAR KIt was very nice. Cordial, positive staff. I was able to wait for my ride home indoors in the a/c on a comfortable couch with a view of the parking lot and entrance, so it was great!
MICHAEL Fworst experience with uhaul ever. they didn't put the key in the box at 730a for my pickup. so i lost $400 in mover labor because i couldn't get the truck on time. then the guy was rude asking me why i was late picking it up when i was there before they were.
Macsimus PA bit of a language barrier, but they got us checked in and on our way quickly.
