ABDOUL BThe staff was as helpful as they could be and nice enough but it was disorganized. They informed us they may not have a truck for us that day, though we reserved one weeks prior. It took a half hour for the gentleman helping us to finally get us our truck. The truck we rented had a leak in the roof and the inside was sopping wet. We had to clean and dry the truck for a half hour before we could pack our furniture and boxes inside. Wasted a good hour of time today from the inconveniences.
