Truck was dirty. The gear shift in the truck was faulty. The location double charged me and argued with me about correcting the price even though the manager admitted to the error. They claimed I used a dolly and pads even though I did not order them in my reservation. They say they keep them in the truck and if they are tampered with while moving the customer is automatically charged. They do anything to make an extra dollar even if it means being dishonest and stealing from their customers and giving them unsafe,, faulty vehicles. I use Uhaul often and this is the first and last time I will use this location. I am still in the process of trying to get a refund of the extra charges, I may need to pursue additional actions.

Thomas OWorst customer service i have experienced in quite a while. Charged us for furniture pads that I didn't order or want that we didn't get but still charged an extra $20. Gal that helped us was trying but didn't know what was going on. 2 guys working there that were no help and very rude. Uhaul should be ashamed of this location.
