Truck was very dirty. We had to sweep debris before loading. Movers we hired were great though.

Gerald C.The app was difficult to maneuver thru, but this was my first time using app. Got thru the SELFIEs part, for PICKING UP MY TRUCK, then as I am proceeding thru to the next step, app BOOTS ME OUT THEN I MUST START AGAIN!! Getting kicked out, I wasn't able to complete my PRE-PICKUP REQUIREMENTS on the app. Starting again, it's now asking for contact info/passport#/copy of lease agreement/etc. in my opinion this info should have been requested AS SOON AS THE APP/WEBSITE OPENED, to speed up PICKUP PROCESS, which it DID NOT!! It took OVER 45 minutes to get thru app (with actual person from customer service on line with me (her name was Victoria)) before I could get my truck. GGGRRRR!! Also, as customer service representative (Victoria) mentioned, if you are late to pick up rental it will delay your PICK UP PROCESS thru the app…….NO WHERE ON SIGN UP PROCEDURES WAS THIS MENTIONED!! It should be at top and bottom of registration/confirmation screens! Not sure if App issue was because business where I picked up was closed (& maybe not having their wifi active) or if it was actual app issues, either way I wasn't the only one there at pickup who was having App issues thus we all were on the phone with customer service. My opinion, bad business for U-Haul, with unreliability of using app, thus making renters go elsewhere since after/before hours issues are an issue. Frustrating process, because upon return…..NO ISSUES, since business was open.
