It was very nice. Cordial, positive staff. I was able to wait for my ride home indoors in the a/c on a comfortable couch with a view of the parking lot and entrance, so it was great!
MICHAEL Fworst experience with uhaul ever. they didn't put the key in the box at 730a for my pickup. so i lost $400 in mover labor because i couldn't get the truck on time. then the guy was rude asking me why i was late picking it up when i was there before they were.
Macsimus PA bit of a language barrier, but they got us checked in and on our way quickly.
Seth WThe location was fine, but I would not recommend uhaul to any one, it was the worst experience ever, I missed a scheduled delivery due to the fact my rental was delayed, due to the issue with the app. They charged me for things I didn’t ask for, there where things I did ask for that was not in the truck like the dolly. I was being transferred from one rep to the next having to tell my situation to each one because the rep before didn’t tell what was going on, Really the worst, I will move the items on my back before I use Uhaul again!!
