The pickup times in the reservation and the U Haul location in cheyenne had different times for the pick up/ business opening times. The reservation time was 0800 and the location didn't open until 0900. This forced me to adjust all moving plans and recoordinate inspections and movers.

Fantastic location the woman working was very lovely and super helpful. U haul is a poorly managed company and has messed my reservation multiple times costing me an extra $600-$1000 your better off not using U haul in general.

This location had to come to us in a hotel to transfer the load to a properly working vehicle. So I dont know it was clean and inviting.

Make it clear that the entry point of the gate is narrower than the 6'. I couldn't actually use this for my purpose because the gate opening was too narrow to fit my cargo.

Rhonda was amazing to work with. She made sure that we got the equipment we needed, even going the extra mile to work with us on pricing due to having to do a round trip but only needing the U-Haul to go one way. This was honestly the best experience I've had renting a U-Haul in the last 10 years! I would recommend to anyone who needs to rent one to go see Rhonda.

I understand this is a new U-Haul location. Owner was very nice and helpful. Equipment was clean and was easy to pick up and return. I will use this location again and will recommend to others.
