Make sure the individual working can get the prices right and not mess everything up and overcharge and keep customers waiting. And maybe you should get rid of some of your older trucks that don't run and drive as well

Kendall FThe office lady Ronda was terrible to deal with, she does not communicate to you at all. She says she will call but she never does, I had to contact the main UHaul office to get a callback, they called the location manager and he called her and she finally called me, I had to get a hotel in Cheyenne that night because she never called to let us know it was ready, it became much more expensive than anticipated, I will never work with UHaul from that location ever again and would absolutely NOT recommend them to anyone.
