"I am very disappointed with the billing at this location. Although I was able to stop them from overcharging me for an extra day, they still charged me for 52.4 miles that I did not drive (invoice stated 27,050 miles, but the truck had 27,102.4 at pickup). Additionally, I was charged a $15 fuel fee even though I returned the truck with 50 miles 'to empty'—which was 15 miles MORE than the 35 miles it had when I started. Be very careful and check your paperwork twice here."

Merchant was very polite, attentive, great attitude and will definitely rent from them again only problem was only one of the 3 appliance I ordered was available

This place was not the place where I had requested to pick up the U-Haul. I knew the first place I requested, but this was in a consignment shop in a questionable location where there was very little signage to clue you in that there was a U-Haul location on site. There was no clear direction to the sales counter, and I passed a lady laid out and sleeping on a chair. It was strange. I got to the counter and no one was there. I called the number for the store and the guy (I assume to the be owner) said he had to pick up the U-Haul so he was en route to bring the truck back to the location. This was 30 minutes after the promised pick up time. It took another 30 minutes and some phone calls from the gentleman to his U-Haul contact for him to figure out how to check in the truck so that it could be rented. The Truck had 30 miles left until the gas tank was empty, so I had to fill it up before I could get on the road. Although the truck ran fine and did the job, this was not the experience that I had expected from a U-Haul dealer.

The guy that worked at that location didn't know what he was doing and he charged me for pads I didn't get and also charged me over on mileage. I am very very upset over this.
