This location didn’t support me on disconnecting doing any paperwork related to U-Haul return I had to manually move the trailer to park it because there wasn’t any proper parking space to back up the trailer and also I had a U-Haul drop off location near to my apartment and that’s wasn’t given to me as an option for returning the trailer I had to drive 13 miles away from my home through all the broken roads stressing the car with the trailer attached. There is nothing to improve on this location. I was expecting a seamless experience like proper disassembly of the trailer, proper checkout,etc., taken care by a U-Haul representative. This is just a small smoke and lottery chain. You just used me as a tool to bring the U-Haul to them.

It was a weird pickup, the person behind the glass was hard to hear & taking liquor store customers in between checking me out, then had us go unlock the lockbox with the key ourselves.
