No one was there when I arrive and it took over an hour for them to come back before I was able to get the truck.
awad bFirst of all, I was renting a truck starting with a Saturday Pick Up, This location is not open on Saturday's, I was having trouble with the App at first. It took me 20 minutes to get through it. The truck was parked on a street in Queens, I had to back up and pull several times to get the truck unparked between two cars. The previous users empty bottles werestill in the truck. The jump seat was stuck in the down position. The gas cap connecting wire was cut and frayed, which was a hassle filling with gas. I needed to lube with WD 40 the tailgate lock and ramp rollers for it to function easily.
