This location and its staff were great but Uhaul itself was horrible. My original reservation went to the wrong location (I received no call from Uhaul to confirm) and I had to reschedule my move. I then had to talk to customer service three times to get them to move the Uhaul to the right location - holding every time for 15 minutes and repeatedly being disconnected. Even after all that, when I did mobile check in the truck was AGAIN at the wrong location. The folks at R&M helped me out, but I will not be using Uhaul again.JAMES S.
The sliding door on the van was difficult to open. When I mentioned it to the person who did my paperwork, when I brought it back, she said, "Oh, we know." Well why didn't she tell me when I rented it? I thought it was locked when it wasn't. That is my only complaint.JACQUALYNN J.

Took forever, lady at checkout finally called for some help. The gentleman who checked us out told us to return truck where we droped off weekend before in Mount union pa. Then we were told we owned all this extra money. Problem did get resolved, but I'm not sure if that store understands your full procedure for fillings our your forms. Thank you!Jane I.
Right rear mirror did not work, backing up and merging to the right lane was dangerous. UHaul personnel stated that "they don't drive the trucks so how could they know" Overcharged for gas. Provided the gas reading from a different truck to justify the additional fuel charge.BRYON E.
Truck was fine, but I rented moving blankets and they were filthy and several were damp to outright wet. Unacceptable!! Long checkout process. UHaul is a side business for this very unusual store. I would discourage everyone to pick up a UHaul from this location.JACOB M.

Cars don't have gas. They should be at 1/2 tank when you get them normally. These ones aren't and they make you pay for gas and then if you don't return it at a 1/2 you get charged $30 plus the price of the gas to fill it to 1/2 a tank which is at least 20 gallons to be clearCrystal H.

I have rented many uhaul in my life and that rental was by far the dirtiest I've ever had. I will not be renting from there again!!!Alena G.
Paid for a utility and furniture dolly at 2 x $7.00. Never received the furniture dolly but it was still included in my final bill even though I reported it to customer service immediately upon pickup. The lack of dolly cost me 30 minutes in moving time.Chad W.

I was given excellent service. I had a problem with one of the trucks and customer service rep immediately exchanged the truck and gave me a significant discount for having to return the first truck.YAHAIRA V.
We were there to pick up at 10AM when the store opened...but they opened tem minutes late and then had computer issues so it took us about a 1/2 hr to get our rental...even though I had done most of the check in on line the day before. Other than that everything was fine, good prices and the employees were polite.Steven M.

A little better advertising inside the store to inform you that you are in the right location. There was a sign outside but since this was also a variety store a few indicator signs inside would be nice.Rachel W.
I don't know if it was the location or your website, I was under the impression I was getting a 1995 rental plus a $10 Insurance fee. When I selected that I would have the vehicle approximately 4 hours know where did I see that this would increase my rate. I was charged $0.69 a mile which I don't recall if I saw on the website. The folks were courteous and service was fairly quick, had to wait in regular Store LINE rather than dedicated rental line. Just not my kind of place a bit to inner-city for me. I will go to the other Harrisburg location or / 2 Camp Hill /new Cumberland when I need a truck in the futureKaren H.

Staff were not wearing masks despite it being required in our state. There was a tremendous wait for both picking up the truck and dropping it off. Overall, there was no customer service and zero concern for customer safety during the pandemic. We went to pick up the truck and was told the gas was in between 1/2 and 5/8 no-one came out to check it we pulled off the parking lot and saw that it was actually In between 3/8 and 1/2 the lay said they got them from anther location and they don't check the tank and of course there is nothing they can doJACQUELINE B.

Your UHaul App is messed up!!! Messages sent are confusing and repetitive. I got text sent to me at 1:30 AM and 2:30 AM. System insisted that I create UHaul account which was useless for my checkin...GET RID OF IT. Speaking with individuals were much better.Mary H.
