The drop off location was great. When the uhaul was dispatched from the other place it changed my drop off location to downtown Louisville and since it was after 7 I was told there was nothing that could be done by uhaul customer support. That I had to call back in the morning and change the drop off location. I talked to the guy in the store and he said it’s all good leave then keys and I’ll take care of it and he sure did.

I would have a location that is closer to the destination/moving to location. I feel that you all use a location that is miles away to get more money on mileage.

Arelis GCabin was dirty, clerk was not ready for me stating the “system was not logged in” and U-Haul has yet to respond to me having to send me 20 min away from my previous reservation then charged me for the extra miles when returned. Very poor experience

Reinier RWe spent 45 minutes cleaning snow off the truck before we could even leave. Then had to break up ice on the rear to raise the door. Another renter loaned us his scraper. Was told someone would help but they didn’t. I have a picture if you would like to see it. I feel some type of refund is in order as this cost us so much time in our move.
Abbey SI was charged a 15 safety fee that I told the guy that I didn’t want or need and he charged me anyways .. also the truck I got had issues … started blowing out smoke and leaking antifreeze luckily I was able to get it back to the destination before it broke down on me … air conditioner went out … When trying to tell the guy at the station about it he said call customer service .. so def not the best service I’ve had …
Rebecca FThis was the only truck they had. They had no trailers. I was charged over $40 extra and was told that was a deposit and I would get it back. I didn't.

MANUEL FThe people didnt know what to do and where surprised that I was dropping the trailer off at their location, even though U-Haul used this location as a preferred drop-off. I completed the drop off nifo, but never received a drop -off confirmation to my email.
