The location was woefully unprepared. I attempted to do the mobile pick up after hours, and the truck was not prepared. I had to come back two separate times because the wrong hours were posted on the UHaul website. Once I was finally able to pick up my equipment the worker still took nearly an hour to be able to complete the rental and give me the keys. This whole situation put me nearly 4 hours behind schedule on my move. I can never recommend Rang LLC to anyone that needs to rent moving equipment.
