Despite difficulties with pick up confusion due to the regional office making changes and not noticing me (NOT THE FAIRVEIW OR WILLISTON LOCATIONS) they were very helpful and kind. Hopefully the regional office gets it together because these people do not deserve to take the crap from upset customers. 5⭐️
