We have used Uhaul every time we have moved which is a lot being a military family and after this we will never use them again if possible. Not only was our location changed but our pick up time was changed by an hour?! We were on such a tight schedule and then when we went to get the truck we couldn't even get in it. Customer service was so rude and told me there was nothing she could do and that we would have to stand there and keep trying to unlock the truck with the app till it worked. Finally she transferred me to the district manager and he also was not helpful. Then our truck wasn't even stocked with the 2 dozen furniture pads we ordered. So my husband had to drive to another location to pick those up. Spent almost 200 dollars and they wouldn't even compensate us for all of this trouble. I have never experienced such poor customer service.George E.

Terrible. Is was late picking my UHAUL up because the check in service at their website was not functioning correctly and had no information on where to get the key or what the lock box code was, plus they were closed that day so nobody there to help. I was given 6 hours. Picked up at 8:30 and brought back at 2:30-2:45. I tried to check out with the online website to finalize my order, which still didn't work, so I was forced to call them the next day and tell them when it was returned. They ended up overcharging me for a late fee AND had extra costs which were charged to me without telling me about them prior to ordering the truck. I was told about JUST mileage cost, and the rental cost which is $25. Got charged over 100 dollars extra just because their system wasn't working even when I explained to them what happened. 0/10 worst experience I will never use UHAUL again.Jonathon A.
