The facility hours were convenient, because of the access code. The office was sometimes closed when I wanted to talk to someone, but it wasn't THAT big a deal. I've never used another storage facility, so I have nothing to compare to it, but I was satisfied. However, the monthly rates just jumped from $50 to $60 a month, which is what caused me to decide to move my stuff out. I understand supply and demand, and don't begrudge the business from getting what it can for its services; I just thought a 20% increase was a bit much, so I eliminated my demand.JOSEPH S. | Overall Experience

You gave me the worst truck you had, no reasonable parking accommodations, holier than thou attitude. Price seemed high, wish I would have went somewhere else. You told me you would not set a return location and you did, it made me drive an extra 11 miles and hurt my gas mileage, time, and patience. I had a bad experience. Very impressed with our unit we needed a unit to store our stuff they send invoices when it’s time to renew and they give you a access code for each month to get into he storage area where you can get in to your unit whenever you need to. I dropped the truck off Friday at 5:00 pm and my drop off was scheduled for Saturday by noon at a different location in the same town. But the person who is at the location it was to be dropped off at is never there. Now I have to chase down my deposit.Jeffery D.

The ladies in the front office get very rude and upset when we did a equipment check and found that the radiator was leaking or it was leaking radiator fluid. They then stated we don't have time for you I'm just gonna have to give you your money back we ended up having to take the U-Haul as we had to be at work the next day at seven in the morning. Ended up having to call U-Haul which made the contract right but as far as this office I would never recommend.ANDREW S.

The truck was filthy. The inside was covered in mud, the dashboard was was covered in dust that flew at us as we drove the truck. We had to drive 3 hours with the windows mostly down because the smell in the truck was so bad - it smelled of stale cigarettes and urine. the entire bed of the truck was caked in mud and dirt to the extent that we had to cover the floor in blankets in order to protect our belongings from the filth. Additionally, we were told that the truck rental included a free months of storage. I called the Norman location to rent a small storage unit prior to our arrival. Apparently, the phone call rolled over to corporate(?) and while the lady I spoke with was extremely helpful and very nice, we were greeted w/an upstairs storage unit w/a rolling stair for our belongings - which included a small love seat and over-sized chair, It was absolutely impossible to put these items in an upstairs unit with a rolling stair. Prior to our arrival in Norman, we were nover told this would be an upstairs unit w/a rolling stair. We then had to go find another storage facility that we could get into immediately as the truck was due back in 2 hours, which also deprived us of the free months storage we were promised as Norman had no other spaces available..Your Norman location was obviously not at fault for this debacle. I have rented from them numerous times and they have always been professional, clean and very thorough in every way. In fact, they were kind enough to extend our truck return so that we could find another storage unit for the property. I have used Uhaul for over 30 years and have never had a problem like we did on this trip.kathy T.

Every time we are given mileage we go over and only take movers address to their new address. Then to drop off point you need to give more mileage for gassing up etc.Terri M.

The location was closed, but I received a text from a store representative with instructions on where to drop the trailer. I sent back a couple of pictures showing the trailer was dropped off and clean, then almost immediately received an email saying the trailer had been checked in and the transaction was closed. I would put jacks on the larger trailers or have a roll under hydraulic jack available for lone single female customers. I could not left the heavy trailer off the hitch by myself. It would be nice to have a jack available for after hours dropoffs. I had to call a friend to come help me.Angela O.
I am very disappointed about the price, I asked when I reserved the truck on the phone how much it would be. I was told $39.50. Now I receive invoice and was charged $80. We had the truck for about 4 hours. Big price to pay.LouAnne P.
