Get someone who can help with self checkout for Uhaul customers at this location instead of someone who will persistently ask you to do it on your app. Also please please please don't list this location as an assisted-checkout location because its not. Its a self-check-in/out location. If you reserve at this location, Uhaul system will ask customers to complete online check-in at home, before coming in - only to have to redo it all over again at the location because its a self-check-in/out location. Also there is almost no mobile internet signal at the location, if cuatomers need to download the app & do rhe check-in & check-out processes.

Truck may need some engine maintenance, wasn’t running very well. The engine shimmied a bit.

It took me a couple of drives and a call to the customer service line to spot the drop box in front of the small family business. Other vehicle was driving around, looking for the business as well. ...just a thought!

Eleuterio CThe people here were very nice and the truck was what I expect from U-Haul (it got the job done). Though it was parked several blocks away. That’s why they got 2 stars. One for being nice and the other because the truck managed to get it done. Unfortunately, while they were nice I’m not sure how trustworthy they are. I ordered a dolly which upon arrival I learned that they didn’t have one. I definitely needed one so I was given only one option. I was told that I could go pick one up at one of the other local U-Haul vendors since they “had plenty”. Was it an inconvenience? YES. But I didn’t have any other option that would’ve been any more time or cost efficient. So my brother and I drove down to another location. We had to wait for them to open for about 30 min. Once open I learned that they had no idea that I was there to pick up a dolly. After several minutes of trying to convince this man that I was told to come here specifically to pick up a dolly he reluctantly gave me one. (Sorry again about all the F words!). The dolly set me back a solid hour and frankly really pissed me off. While I will not rent a U-Haul from these two again I will make sure to take my U-Haul needs to the gentleman that gave me a dolly because it was the right thing to do.

Mark LThe location was OK, the staff very nice but I didn't get the dollies I wanted and UHaul switched the pick up location on me. I had wanted Boulder. Actually they split the locations on me so I had to get the trailer and dollies in Boulder and go to Broomfield to pick up my truck. NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE! I don't think this is the pick-up locations fault, I see it as UHauls issue. Willy at your Boulder location is a gem! He needs a raise!
richard oHe gave me the wrong kind of dolly. I asked for a utility dolly for boxes and he knowingly gave me a appliance dolly instead. I did not use the appliance dolly at all, because it was not adequate to move boxes -- the bottom portion was too small. Actually, it was a burden as I had to lug the dolly out of the way time and again. And I got charged for it.
Gregory KThe office was closed and the location not have good cell phone reception (and we moved around the entire parking lot checking), which made it difficult to utilize the UHaul app and automated check in process. After contacting customer service via chat we received some guidance but had to keep refreshing the connection. In the end it worked out, and the charges were as expected so that was good, the return process just took much longer than normal.
