The truck was filthy. We had to stop at a gas station once on the road to try and clean the inside if the windshield. It was so dirty it was difficult to see out of. The wiper blades were old and mostly just streaked when used during rain. When you are spending $2200 for a little 10' foot truck, you should at least be able to see out of the windshield and have windshield wipers that work when driving in rain.

Robert NFollowed the instructions to park the U-haul was easy, checking in was easy and fast.
Ronald CThe U-Haul itself was a bit grimy but generally fine. However, my order included 24 furniture pads and a furniture dolly. When I arrived and opened the truck, it contained 2 furniture pads and no furniture dolly. I ended up having to rent furniture pads from a different U-HAUL location. Moving is already stressful enough and not having the expected equipment was extremely inconvenient. I would not recommend using this location.
Shoshana PVehicle was filthy and the pads and dolly interested and paid in advance for were not provided. The place was closed and I had to call multiple places and then drive around to get what I needed. U-Haul experience is very bad now. Also the check in app did not work with my iPhone and I am not an inexperienced phone user.
