The U-Haul itself was a bit grimy but generally fine. However, my order included 24 furniture pads and a furniture dolly. When I arrived and opened the truck, it contained 2 furniture pads and no furniture dolly. I ended up having to rent furniture pads from a different U-HAUL location. Moving is already stressful enough and not having the expected equipment was extremely inconvenient. I would not recommend using this location.

Vehicle was filthy and the pads and dolly interested and paid in advance for were not provided. The place was closed and I had to call multiple places and then drive around to get what I needed. U-Haul experience is very bad now. Also the check in app did not work with my iPhone and I am not an inexperienced phone user.

Brian HNot only does uhaul make you take a 4 day rental they do not allow a refund for the days you don’t use. I requested a 1 day rental and was not told about the 4 day or the fact I can’t return early and lower my fee
