Checking in and out on the app was a terrible experience. During check in the app failed to store any of my photos and I finally had to call customer support to get help. This process Took almost an hour and wasted valuable time in our moving day. For check out, the app was so slow it took way longer than needed, almost 15 minutes with crying kids in a hot car. I will NEVER do the self check-in/out again, this is a horrible experience for your customers.

Daniel HI am not sure why I was charged so much. The app didn't work, the person at the shop didn't know anything about the process. The person she talk to on the phone didn't have access to the platform. The initial estimate was 93 dollars and the final bill is 272? That's ridiculous.
