It was weird to pick it up not at a real U-Haul place and we ordered a 12 ft trailer and didn’t realize that the trailer itself wasn’t 12’ it was including the tongue of the trailer so it was a little small. But I appreciated that the tires were new so it made the trip very nice and easy.
Zachary SU haul is the worse company I ever dealt with not only will I never recommend this company to anybody; I also will share all my experience with social media and yelp and try my best to convince folks not to use u hauls bait and switch tactics.
