When renting the truck, I said I was driving to Hyannis, Cape Cod, but the employee set a 30-mile limit, so I was charged extra for the additional miles.
Aleksandr OBetter service from u haul. I had a reservation and yet the truck was unavailable for my date when I went to go pick it up.
Stacey LThere was no one at the location; the office was locked. It was supposed to open at 10AM. Waited until 10:30AM at the door then had to drive to a different location where they assisted me.
Courtney AThe person that accepted the return was very helpful.
