Everything went great.
SUSAN HMy contract said I should return the trailer to Moose's on the Cue at 7411 Newark Rd. Mt. Vernon, OH. I arrived a day early and the office was closed even though I was there during business hours. I called two different numbers, left a voicemail message and never received a return call. I called Collins Tire for guidance and they said to drop the trailer, block the wheels and I was good to go. I finally reached someone on the phone at 5:32 p.m. and they said "okay they'll take care of it." I received a call from U-Haul on Monday the 24th asking if I returned the trailer!!! Real Deal Auto Sales was never part of my agreement, so this comment is not directed at them. If Real Deal was listed on your website as a drop-off in Mt. Vernon I would have gone there.
BrIAN KThe truck needed some work. I'm glad I wasn't driving it far. It shook terrible. Then I was over charged by 40+ dollars. It was returned early fuel replaced. I went 2 miles over. Expected 2.00 more and he charged me over 40. I
CARLA CHot inside and smelled like stale cat urine. The place looks like a junkyard. The employee was nice but I couldn’t wait to get out of that office.

Joe BI had a guaranteed 10am reservation but when arrived they were not opened. Called at 10:07am and they advised was on a recover as they do tow service also. Asked for ETA and told 30 minutes. At 10:55am someone finally arrived. It took another 20 minutes to get truck. The location is very trashy including a terrible odor in the building. I would not recommend this location and I'll never use this location again.

James SThe office was very unorganized. The printer ran out of ink and there weren't replacements on hand. The employee helping me was not able to produce a receipt, either in the office or through email. A lot of small things adding up to a sloppily run organization. The trailer lights did not work and the employee made no effort to fix the problem.

ken PThank you for the excellent service and availability. The ramp on the truck that I rented kept getting hung up when sliding it out. Lubrication on the tracks/rollers might help the next renter. Otherwise this was a good experience.

Melissa SFrom the start I really felt like it was like asking my brother to help me move. The day was cold and ice on the truck and I simply asked "could you possibly warm up the van so it wasn't like a ice box" I was joking of course but to my surprise the truck or van was warm ice was off the windows the check in was swift and polite answered all my questions there and for the move. It's a well managed operation the employees are knowledgeable about the process and the product. I would recommend it to my family and friends they treat you as such so of course I would do the same. Even recommended a place for the kids to be entertained locally and it's a family friendly environment. Moose's On Cue food games and music all affordable. Thank Lonnie and Paul for your help with this process of adapting to a new place. Sincerely

Mark LReservation was for 12:00 but listed hours were until 2:00. We arrived at 12:35 and shop was closed. We called a number listed on the door and then received a call back that someone would return. We were able to rent the trailer, but we had already driven 30 minutes towards another location. We would have appreciated a call that the shop needed to close early.

bill kThere was no one there, although it was during business hours. There was a sign on the door that read, "Be back soon." I called the two phone numbers that I found, and no one answered. Finally, I just used the online return process as if I were dropping the trailer off after hours. The online process was quick and easy. I think I would have been more comfortable dropping it off, though, if there had been a person to interact with.
Mark CDriveway rough to get in and out of. Was later charged $20 gas fee all after I put gas back in to the line I was told totaling $34.50 now meaning I paid $54.50 in fuel to go 80 miles. I was told that they couldn’t do anything about it. Would probably use someone else or Penske.

Travis BThe location was hard to find and the address is misleading with respect to the rest of Mt Vernon addresses. The agent was overwhelmed and wasn't available to answer the phone for directions and he agreed to not charge for an extra day since the truck was only 25 minutes late but the refund didn't reflect this.
Paul LOur vehicle was knowingly given to us without having been cleaned. Per the person at this location, they "did not have time to clear it". As a result, we were charged a cleaning fee, which is being disputed.
Michael WI would have traveled with more confidence if my u haul the 5 x 9 trailer had included a spare tire. (just in case). I would have paid extra, like insurance.

I’ve moved many times being in the service 15 years, not only was customer service terrible, trying to charge for damages that were not there, let alone moved as much as the story that was behind it, no inspection pre or post trip, no communication or notification of so called damages just charge after charge on my card. Spent all day Friday on the phone tracking down this slanderous and illegal nonsense only to get an email stating some of the funds were to be refunded and at the banks discretion. Still no final receipt, or explanation. Nor is location part of the BBB yet most of uhaul locations are. Unprofessional, to say the least will not return

william dI read some of the reviews I was cautiously optimistic but it was one of the easiest processes I have ever had to deal with. The guy dealt with was friendly courteous and only took 20 minutes to get the information down and Had no problems with the truck or the dolly. And the drop off was just as easy he was even nice enough to Park it back in its place Because my mom was driving and she was very nervous about reversing. Would 100% recommend if you’re in the Mount Vernon area as he is open and much closer to town than the other U-Haul lenders thank you again
