The location was hard to find and the address is misleading with respect to the rest of Mt Vernon addresses. The agent was overwhelmed and wasn't available to answer the phone for directions and he agreed to not charge for an extra day since the truck was only 25 minutes late but the refund didn't reflect this.

Our vehicle was knowingly given to us without having been cleaned. Per the person at this location, they "did not have time to clear it". As a result, we were charged a cleaning fee, which is being disputed.
