this uhaul place was not able to be reached by phone, no one was on site. this set our schedule behind. i will never go through this place again
carolyn lthe personal weren't there though they were supposed to be open at the time of drop off and the location was dark, parking unlit.
JUSTIN KIt would have been nice to know ahead of time that you have to call a number to have the guy show up at this location as opposed to wandering around looking for a UHaul office. Thank goodness I had the email confirmation with me to have that number. The guy who runs this site is legit, it is just a weird setup and not clear.
