From the start I really felt like it was like asking my brother to help me move. The day was cold and ice on the truck and I simply asked "could you possibly warm up the van so it wasn't like a ice box" I was joking of course but to my surprise the truck or van was warm ice was off the windows the check in was swift and polite answered all my questions there and for the move. It's a well managed operation the employees are knowledgeable about the process and the product. I would recommend it to my family and friends they treat you as such so of course I would do the same. Even recommended a place for the kids to be entertained locally and it's a family friendly environment. Moose's On Cue food games and music all affordable. Thank Lonnie and Paul for your help with this process of adapting to a new place. Sincerely
