the personal weren't there though they were supposed to be open at the time of drop off and the location was dark, parking unlit.
JUSTIN KIt would have been nice to know ahead of time that you have to call a number to have the guy show up at this location as opposed to wandering around looking for a UHaul office. Thank goodness I had the email confirmation with me to have that number. The guy who runs this site is legit, it is just a weird setup and not clear.
Sara LAC did not work in any mode. Temperature outside was in the mid 90's.
Kara FWe selected in person pick up. No one was at the location when we and another customer showed up for a 5:30 pick up. I called but no one answered other customer called and the guy answered and said he “had a real job and couldn’t just leave to come meet us”. He said he’d be there after he got off work sometime after 6pm. The location is just a rented parking lot. No one on-site so why was in-person pick up even an option?? We didn’t get our rental until almost an hour after the pick up time and the other customer who ended a trailer was still there waiting. We will NEVER use this location again!
