Mobile pick up was a bit of a pain. For a scheduled pick up at 10 and arrived at 9:50 but wasn’t able to leave with truck until about 10:20. Dolly wasn’t in stock - ok no biggie but then wasn’t removed from contract so had to reach out to chat to get removed. Multiple older customers were having significant problems with app/site and I was thankfully able to guide them how I did with mine so maybe having a how to binder printed out for iOS and one for android. Trucks were also parked a bit too close to each other as all wants pictures of truck before giving you keys. If you’re relatively tech savvy this process wasn’t bad at all and still done in about 30 minutes but definitely feel like mobile pick up needs some brushing up on

Marshall EThe pickup and dropoff relies on Internet service and this area has very spotty coverage. Need a booster. The lot drops off from the road substantially and is difficult to get in and out of. There is no place to park your vehicle and that should be noted up front. Since it's walking distance from my house it came in very handy, so that's a bonus.
LISA WThis location is in the middle of a field. There is no on site support. I would make sure youblet anyone picking up here know that they are on there own. Also, when the great location that I chose did not have my size vehicle, why was I offered a different size at this random location, instead of another size at the very nice location I originally chose (specifically because of good service and a feeling of safety?)
