Rented a truck, and had to go to a different location much further than I wanted to pick up because the location I requested didn’t have my truck, the truck I received had a bad battery and I had to wait for almost an hour for a new one. They also didn’t give me the furniture dolly I requested and paid for, I would not use this company again or recommend it to anyone.

This location was brand new to doing uhauls and had no idea what they were doing. First we had to wait an additional hour from our reservation just for them to open. Then it took another hour to figure out how to get the truck. To me this was less the locations error, but more U-Haul as a company themselves.
