I answered yes to the vehicle being cleaned and well maintained to whos standards, Not Mine. The vehicle got the job we wanted done so we were happy. Let’s put it this way, it wasn’t sparkling inside or out.

CHAD GCharged me $26 for gas Said I drove 18 miles when i used it to move 1 mile away with 2 trips. I totally got scammed. They did not send an email to me to check mileage or condition of the truck. I was not hsppy.
Jeanette DVan worked perfectly but previous user left a very small amount of dirt on Van floor. Clerk did not inspect before I used but scolded me for it when I returned vehicle. She repeated U-Haul rules that I already knew and had accepted before using vehicle. A small issue yet her uppity and argumentative manner could have been more customer friendly and dealt with in a much more effective manner. I told her that I would not return to this location . The tight, small parking lot is difficult to navigate and her behaviour toward dirt that wasn’t mine was beyond the pale. Social courtesies should be learned and practiced .

HONEY PThe clerk at the counter was very friendly and helpful yet I had difficulty absorbing the information that she gave me because she spoke rapidly and had a very strong accent. Otherwise all was very good ! But more parking is needed . Currently too tight to maneuver Van easily but Doable. This is my second experience with U haul and both went smoothly. Thank you ! TRAVIS BThe van that I rented I had the dashboard lit up. It needed an oil change. The back tire was going flat and upon driving it, we found that the turn signal lightbulb was burnt out . So driving this vehicle we were a little concerned We might have issues with it.
HAZEL DPoorest customer service, bad attitude. When we went to return back uhaul men at desk said fuel was low. We clicked the pictures and show then but he didnt listen and forced us to fill extra fuel. Even didnt gave us contract the time when we rented uhaul.
HAZOOR KIts not that hard to be nice and polite to a customer. Im not renting truck for free, I pay. The van had multiple issue warning going on, Engine oil fill, rear passenger right hand tire pressure low. While returning she asked if i wanna do an online return and said i prefer u do it, she replied I'm busy, I have things to do. Regret choosing this location over Hazelwood avenue!!! Will never go back to this one. Neither suggest this to anyone.

DAVID BUpdate the earliest pick up time information. When I booked with U-Haul it stated earliest pick up time was 8:30AM and I was only notified the evening before pickup that it was actually 9AM

harpreet aI chose to do the self serve option because I’ve had positive experiences doing that before, but had I an issue with it this time . I followed the prompts on the app, but information was apparently missing and there was a misunderstanding about where the fuel gauge was at. The lady was extremely condescending about me using the app instead of checking in with her. My issue was resolved by her, but customer service skills were severely lacking. Will never use this location again.

MANDEEP TI will not recommend this place to anyone, the owner was soo RUDE he literally started pushing me and wanted to hurt me and wouldn't let me drop my keys at the drop off box. they were EXTREMELY RUDE!!! they completely refuse to have anyone drop a U-Haul truck at their U-Haul truck drop off location regardless of it being a. U-Haul truck drop off location!!!! I have never had any business owner come hit and push me around. they shouldn't be part of U-Haul! this kind of Fkn RUDE behavior shouldn't be taken lightly and actions should be taken against them! I've also submitted a formal complaint against them

Navdeep KIve never rented a uhaul where they make you refold your blankets, put them back in the bag and carry them back inside. Does that mean they are never washed or cleaned???
Kathie CIt is time Uhaul in Canada fix their website to reflect the fact that we are on a metric system we do not use miles but kilometers and we use liters not gallons. This makes your receipt confusing and inconsistent with Canadians. Thank you for your time and attention.
