I would not recommend for new clients. Attendant was not knowledgeable, and I had a few questions on the procedure, they did not know anything and their answers were short one word responses, yes and no. May have been an english barrier, but as a first time client I needed a lot of information and a rundown of what I should be doing, and they could not do that. After a while I just stopped asking questions and called the u haul line instead.
