very poor service and communication I put 6 miles on the truck and they charged me 34 dollars for fuel their english was very poor I will never use U-haul again

U-Haul 10x10 did not have a ramp. What the hell? This was the second location I went to because the first didn’t even have an office. Then this one didn’t have a ramp. So I had to lift my heavy furniture up to waist level to get in the truck. Would recommend hiring movers instead.
