I don’t understand why UHaul moved the pickup location. This was 18 miles out of my way. The original location had equipment available. The new pickup location was rural and I did not have the best cell connection. Took a bit to do the online check in. The lot was gravel and dirt. The cab of the truck on the driver’s side had mud on the floorboard. The location I had chosen for the pickup was also where my items were stored. I told the owner of the original location that UHaul had changed the pickup location. They don’t understand why UHaul changed the location. Very inconvenient.
