This retailer/dealer was very unprofessional. I called before arriving, and called on arriving. They said they were helping another customer and asked me to wait outside. Fine, I sat in the car for 15 minutes. When the other customer came out, I went in to rent a 10 ft box truck. Immediately after I said I wanted to rent, the owner answered the phone and processed a lease for a dolly, while I stood there, which took about 10 minutes. I understand your running a business and have to get to customers, but I would think the customer physically in front of you deserves more respect than that.
