The place was filthy, the guy hooked it up we drove several hours, arrived home to have my husband tell me we did not have lights on the driver side. No brake lights, turn signal, nothing. That could have ended badly with us being on a busy highway for that amount of time. The trailer jack handle was bent and made it difficult to hook the trailer up and unhook it. I would think when he hooked the trailer up.He would be responsible for making sure the lights worked on it.

MIGUEL TI don’t understand why UHaul moved the pickup location. This was 18 miles out of my way. The original location had equipment available. The new pickup location was rural and I did not have the best cell connection. Took a bit to do the online check in. The lot was gravel and dirt. The cab of the truck on the driver’s side had mud on the floorboard. The location I had chosen for the pickup was also where my items were stored. I told the owner of the original location that UHaul had changed the pickup location. They don’t understand why UHaul changed the location. Very inconvenient.
Timothy PI had several other u-haul locations closer to me that for some reason were not listed as a drop off. I had to drive several miles out of my way to return. Very inconvenient!
