Everything went smoothly for me. I do think that personally, the price of rental should be adjusted to fit the rental time. There should be a price point for hours rented. For example, 3 hours, versus, 5 hours, etc, etc, etc. Also, the ungodly number of text messages, ugh.Teresa T.

The air conditioning did not work in the is truck and the oil lamp was illuminated.. Also, the truck was not cleaned out in the cab or in the back. I had to sweep out the back before I could use it and the cab had trash from the previous renter. This was my second Uhaul rental in two weeks. Both rentals had issues with the trucks. The first rental the ramp was broken. Next move I'll consider renting from a different company.MARK S.

The actual location was in a sketchy laundromat. The cab of the truck was very clean but the actual trailer park smell disgusting from the second I picked it up. It was clean but I have no idea what that smell was. It was rancid. I really think this location needs to let renters know what procedures need to be done while dropping off a truck. I had a 3pm pickup time and they were not ready at 3pm for my pickup. I showed up to the desk, which was inside of a laundromat, and the gentleman said they were downloading something for the printer and couldn't help until it was done. They finally were ready for me at 3:30pm, half an hour after my reservation time and they didn't need to print anything out. I was moving apartments and was in a rush and I was setback. Insure that the vehicle size I rented and expected is available upon my arrival. However despite the smaller vehicle, we did get the job done. Also, the vehicle needs an alignment. It was difficult driving to maintain smooth transportation of valuable cargo.THELMA B.

The seal was missing from the hand truck so I was charged for using it. When I returned the truck I tried filling up the truck but the gas cap was broken so I walked to the office to speak with someone at the office and luckily they were standing outside. They checked the cap and eventually was able to get the gas cap off. I asked if I could go back to put fuel in the truck they told not to worry about it. I check my state and I was charged for not filling the truck up. When speaking with the supervisor (a young lady) the older black guy questioned me why I didn't talk to him first. Overall the service from start to finish was trash, horrible and I will never go to this location or any other U-Haul facility. I'm going to also past this on this all my fellow military members and friends as well!!!!Gerald W.

Had to call the 800 number in order to have the rental for 24hrs, local person Jerry, said I can only get it for 4 hrs. Well not only did I get the 24hrs which is the same as 4 hrs, I ended up reserving an extra day, because of the great service I received on the phone.RODNEY T.

I had a reservation at another location and I elected the truck share so that i didn't have to go inside, die to covid19, I was called a few hrs before my pick up that I was moved to another location due to a truck not returning, the location was much further out, l was assured that I could still do the online check in, as I was trying to access this for 30 mins, I went inside and was told by the clerk that their system doesn't allow check in. I was late to my appointment and I had to pay for mileage that otherwise I would not habe had to pay for if I was at my original location, I should have been offered to only pay for mileage as if I was coming from and dropping off to the original location.
