Very unprofessional location and staff. Took 20+ minutes with a staff member to get the uhal even though I had completed and requested everything to be done through the app. The uhall smelt like urine. Provide the equipment ordered. I ordered a 5 x 8 trailer and was mistakenly given a 4 x 8 trailer. I was charged the 5 x 8 trailer rate. After calling customer service, I was told I would be credited the difference. This credit has never been issued. I will consider other company's before U-Haul in the future.Richard M.

The truck was dirty inside and had 33 miles til empty on gas when picked up. The worker gave me a hard time about the gas remaining upon return, when technically I left more in it. (43 miles remaining). He was clearly intoxicated, took way too long, and was cursing at me by the end. Won't be back.Andrew K.

Ck engine light was on. I told the guy he said i should be fine. The truck over heated and i was stuck on highway. I called twice no answer called 800 was on hold then phone went dead. I didnt finish moving because the truck was due back. He claimed i wouldnt be charged until investigation was done but i got home was charged. No credit no nothing. we were sent to a different localtion- then we finally found the new location- the truck only had maybe an 1/8 of a tank of gas and we were told to have it have more but by the time we turned it on and went back inside to tell them the gage was way off they had already taken off, we took a picture of the gage to prove it was way less.GARRY D.

The truck wasn't on a half of a tank when I received it. The inside of the truck cab was filthy and the inside of the trailer part wasn't cleaned. The truck was stated to have no physical damage but there was a lot of cosmetic damage in plain sight. When I called uhaul initially they kept telling me the site was one and half miles away from my zip code which was entirely wrong. The location they tried to have me pick up the truck up from was over 45 minutes from where I was moving from. After correcting them numerous time and asking to speak to a supervisor mysteriously a uhaul near my zip code was found. Never had this issue before but the next time I will chose another company for moving needs.Jaleesa B.

Everything went smoothly for me. I do think that personally, the price of rental should be adjusted to fit the rental time. There should be a price point for hours rented. For example, 3 hours, versus, 5 hours, etc, etc, etc. Also, the ungodly number of text messages, ugh.Teresa T.

The air conditioning did not work in the is truck and the oil lamp was illuminated.. Also, the truck was not cleaned out in the cab or in the back. I had to sweep out the back before I could use it and the cab had trash from the previous renter. This was my second Uhaul rental in two weeks. Both rentals had issues with the trucks. The first rental the ramp was broken. Next move I'll consider renting from a different company.MARK S.

The actual location was in a sketchy laundromat. The cab of the truck was very clean but the actual trailer park smell disgusting from the second I picked it up. It was clean but I have no idea what that smell was. It was rancid. I really think this location needs to let renters know what procedures need to be done while dropping off a truck. I had a 3pm pickup time and they were not ready at 3pm for my pickup. I showed up to the desk, which was inside of a laundromat, and the gentleman said they were downloading something for the printer and couldn't help until it was done. They finally were ready for me at 3:30pm, half an hour after my reservation time and they didn't need to print anything out. I was moving apartments and was in a rush and I was setback.
