sandra wHello, initially my reservation was to pickup the trailer from Winnipeg however, U haul has changed the pick-up location just one day before the reservation date, the new pickup location was 6 hours from Winnipeg which is the city I am staying and having the initial pickup location. Finally, I had no option other than driving 6 hours from Winnipeg to pickup the trailer then return 6 hours to Winnipeg to pickup my family and load the trailer to travel from Winnipeg to Calgary. I think it’s more appropriate and fair to inform the customer early enough not just at the last minute panic to travel 6 hours to pick up the trailer. When I speak to the scheduler, she was tough and she said “how to you want to move forward, cancel the reservation or pick the trailer from Ontario” while I am in Manitoba and I have to take rest for travelling of 15 hours.
Ihab RListen to customer and not try make them drive 2 hours to pick it up when there was 2 on site . Also I had booked 2 weeks earlier to make sure we had it that was total disappointment. I would not recommend you to anyone .
shawna lDidn’t receive my deposit back for over 70 days after I returned, they had no idea I even dropped off the unit, was billed over 2000 dollars because they didn’t put my return in the system even though other people were renting the unit after me. Will never use Any of their services again

Michael LEverything was Great, Friendly Helpful took good care of me, hooked up the Trailer and made sure everything worked properly before I left the yard. The yard is nice and Big easy to maneuver lots of space. Knowledgeable Staff, very good experience. Thumbs Up 👍
Ronald HPossibly have more moving vans available. Had to make multiple trips due to using smaller van. Not a big issue for us because we were moving in-town.

SEAN WI requested to use a trailer to travel one way and to drop off at the destination of Thunder Bay. When I went to drop it off there they told me that there was a wrong drop off location fee and that I would supposed to return it to the point of origin. I was trying to drop off a day early in Thunder Bay. This caused me to have to drive around the city with the trailer wherever I went and parking was a pain in the ass. I still had to drive it back to the point of origin and burn more fuel towing it home even though it was empty.
ROBERT WVehicle was filthy with spills all over the cup holders. No garbage present, but definitely not up to covid standards.

Jack NQuoted $80 dollars for the 1 day use of trailer and was charged $167. Dealer has no clue how the system works. Not happy will never return.....

David BUnfortunately we had to contact haul as the gas level on arrival did not match the computer entry on arrival and charged for gas and had to make another phone call to get refund. Truck received at 3/4 tank and on computer they entered full tank and returned with 3/4 full and charged for the 1/4 but not the fault of the return business, the fault of uhaul.

Paul DI made a reservation beginning of August. Moving day sept 20th weekend. I should have had a truck and not an enclosed trailer. There was a truck available during this time frame but was given to another couple after I made my reservation

Brent DHave the technician hook up the trailer and dont over charge me when it isnt warranted. They charged me for 3 days and I had the trailer back after 35 hours

SUSAN BWell for starters don’t rent trailers that won’t hold the water out. Everything was wet after it sat in rain, hate to see what happens if driving in it.

mark W1 tire was low on air. Phone in Customer Service department was very helpful in getting me to a location to get air pumped into the tire.
