First of all I had to unhitch a car tow and it took me 2hr to locate the place plus I order a moving dolly and it wasn’t even there I am 75 can you imagine me having to deal with

The truck did not have the equipment I paid for in the truck. I even put that when self checking in and it still charged me.

Internet is even more horrible here. Almost impossible to upload pics without having to call number listed on storage building. Also would be great to have a sign that says drop off box is on power pole across parking lot.
