The process to check the U-Haul back in after we were done was fairly tedious, especially since it was already dark, we were exhausted from moving, and we had two hungry, tired kids waiting in the car. It was hard to get good pictures and we were trying to get done quickly so we could go feed them. Moreover for some reason on my iPhone 12 I couldn't access all of the links so we had to try to do it on my husbands phone. Neat idea, but there should be an option for checking the truck back in if you have phone problemsEMILY H.

I selected 24/7 mobile pick up but had to wait until the location opened anyway. This option shouldn't be available if it's not truly a 24/7 option. Luckily I only had to wait 30 minutes, but this is a silly option to include for these sites.Catharine Y.

I ordered additional equipment,but I didn't get it. It was big surprise and cost me additional money ( 8 movers blankets - $90) and I had to look for dolly- waste of 3 hours of my time and delay in moving .Tomasz P.

If you're using a "self-pickup" service, don't expect any extras (moving pads, boxes, etc...) you ordered to actually be ready in the truck for you. The truck I was rented was in serious need of engine maintenance: it sounded a lot like a cylinder was dying in the engine, and the truck barely had enough power to get up hills even at 10 mph.Stuart A.

The truck did not have the equipment in the back as requested. Upon calling customer service, the agent informed me I could keep the truck later as a courtesy. However, this information wasn't relayed to the storage facility and I had to pay for an extra day because of the delay. Additionally, I was given the wrong type of dollies and not enough furniture blankets. The location is convenient, but there doesn't seem to be proper communication between them and U-Haul.Samantha A.

I was redirected to another pickup location after reserving online. We appreciated the call to confirm the changes. I really needed moving blankets, which was most of the reason I use uhaul. But only received a few, and only 1 of 2 dollys needed.LYNDSEY K.

He politely asked if we could wait a few moments to deal with the immediate issues. A few minutes later he was with us and got us our truck. This location was closed at drop off. It was much less crowded and had less vehicles so it was easy to move around and park the truck. A sign telling where to park the dropped off vehicles would be helpful.Daniel H.

This comment is not location related. Their customer service was great. This is for the developers of your app. Fix your user experience. I was forced to use the app, which was non-functional both times I tried to use it and then was greeted with a 30 min wait time on customer service when I tried to call. Totally unacceptable.Max S.

The equipment was overbooked. When I arrived to the location the lady in the front desk told me the system overbooked the truck I booked online because "the system very often overbooked them". She asked me to call uhaul directly. I am sorry neither uhaul directly nor the person in the front desk could get the unit I had booked so I ended up having to use a truck that was smaller which eneded up being a huge time waster as I had to reload the truck multiple times and make several additional trips with the additional cost. No one is paying and apparently uHaul dont cares.Demian E.
The girl that set us up was rude and disrespectful. Threatened to call the police and report the truck stolen if I didn't have it back by 5 and I would be banned for life from using uhaul. The whole thing was absolutely unprofessional.brandon R.
The staff was nice but the parking lot to the facility wasn't plowed or cleared of snow. The truck also had about 8" of snow on it when I picked it up. The gas cap was open as well... I was also told that I had to purchase the "extra insurance" for road side assistance due to the weather... yet all the city and county roads were clear and dry... your own parking lot was the only place I could have gotten stuck and needed the extra insurance. I also haven't received my receipt and was told it would be emailed to me. I would love a response back and a refund on the "extra insurance".
