Cab area was still dirty from previous customer, and the floor of the box hadn't been swept. Otherwise, flawless rental and good customer service.

My feedback is influenced by the overall experience when picking up the vehicle. I was informed that there was an e-alert associated with my name. The person at the office simply asked me to call a number. I spoke to a very helpful associate who asked me several questions and I offered to send me my passport copy. Her overall responsiveness was great on the call but she did not call back or email me to let me know the issue was solved. Apparently there is someone by the name of that triggered the alert. I explained that my name is Fazal and I am not that person. If you have your records right, your systems would correlate the full name, date of birth, home address and license number with what you have on your records for the other person and would have known that I am not the same person. There are several million people in the world with the name . Like there would be many people with the name John Smith and something similar. Your system alert caused me to lose 2.5 valuable hours at a time when I was rushed while trying to move household goods. How can you have such an elementary and sweeping alert system when your database is is not configured with all the right data points. It is very disappointing that a company like U-Haul has such backwards or archaic systems. Additionally, would your systems trigger a similar blanket alert if the name was not ., or was this racial profiling. I will be discussing this with my attorney and consider my options. As you can see the matter caused me significant inconvenience and embarrassment is from my 24 year old son who was helping me with the move. Not sure whether this will matter to you as this may be a simple system generated mechanism for seeking feedback, and the date will be consolidated for extract themes. Overall, I am very disappointed and clearly you guys don’t have your act together or your value system is distorted.
Mohammad KIts time to retire this truck. I ended up with the same truck three times in the past 6 weeks. The check engine light keeps coming on. The front end needs alignment. The doors don't close tightly, the window roll up handle is getting jammed near the top. The lift gate james up a foot above the floor, the ramp gets caught on the ramp latch when pulling it out. Its had a good UHaul life. ALSO the furniture dolly wheels are falling apart.
DANIEL YYou made me rebook my appointment less than 24 hours before pickup and then drive 100 miles out of my way to get a truck I reserved a month beforehand. There is no fixing that. Do better.
Christopher EWorst experience I’ve ever had with U-Haul. I called to verify my U-Haul truck was ready to pickup. The man at Redmond Ridge Self storage told me it was ready to go. When I arrived to pick up the truck it was dirty in the back, the furniture pads were thrown all over and he informed me that he didn’t have the appliance dolly I ordered. I ended up loosing 2 hours while he called around to find one. I had to drive all the way to Kirkland to pick it up, and he told me he wouldn’t comp my gas for having to go get the dolly. Due to all of this I lost all the help with my move since they had to go to work so I had to move down 4 flights of stairs with no help. Overall miserable experience, and makes me want to try Penske next time, and tell others to do the same.
