Worst experience I’ve ever had with U-Haul. I called to verify my U-Haul truck was ready to pickup. The man at Redmond Ridge Self storage told me it was ready to go. When I arrived to pick up the truck it was dirty in the back, the furniture pads were thrown all over and he informed me that he didn’t have the appliance dolly I ordered. I ended up loosing 2 hours while he called around to find one. I had to drive all the way to Kirkland to pick it up, and he told me he wouldn’t comp my gas for having to go get the dolly. Due to all of this I lost all the help with my move since they had to go to work so I had to move down 4 flights of stairs with no help. Overall miserable experience, and makes me want to try Penske next time, and tell others to do the same.

Drop off facility and staff were great
Derek TThe 10ft. Truck I rented had a dead moth on the driver side foot well and was stuck to the floor.. the left front tire warning light comes on every 20 miles. I checked the air pressure before I left my house after loading. Still the light and instrument warning came on.
