The gas tank could have been fool, other than that my experience was absolutely excellent

How U-Haul Reviews WorkTruck wasn’t clean. No one told me until pickup that blankets weren’t available and I’d have to go to a different location.
BRANDON EThe truck was dirty, and old almost 140000 miles on it I got to drive 2200 miles. I thought it’s gonna die on me. The air conditioner didn’t work can you imagine driving in summer though Oklahoma, Texas and Kansas. U-haul does very poorly they don’t care about customers. In pick up place they forgot to put pick up time 5am and I couldn’t use my app to start the process instead I got to call and be like an hour on a phone. Two days prior my pick up they called and notified that they will upgrade my to 26’ truck the reason was they didn’t have any 20’ even I. Booked 3 weeks prior. So they said that I have to pay for 26’ . No matter it was their fault. I never will use U-Haul in my life anymore and advise others to do so!!!! U-Haul you are disgraceful scum!!!!
Alexander ADid not give me dolly or furniture pads
nathan kI updated my order to include a furniture dolly for $12 and the dolly was not in the truck. This location also said the truck had half a tank when it only had a quarter tank
