BERNADETTE BFuel gauge does not mark smaller increments as indicated in your system. Truck was not clean. Extra charges that were decline still showed up on my final bill.

AYED ATruck was dirty on inside and roaches was in back of truck where my furniture and belongings. Not 1 or 2 roaches, many!!! Filthy!! Uhaul should give me a refund!!!
LINDA AOur order changed the day before pickup because they didn’t have it in stock, then referred us to a location that did. Went to the different location on the scheduled date to pickup, spent an hour there and the lights did not work and they only had that one. Since it was a dealer they sent us to the one down the road to fix the issue (thankfully they were very helpful and was able to fix the issue at no cost to us) left and had to return because the tail light was hanging. Again no complaint at all and they were able to fix the light again and then they placed a work order to make sure we didn’t get charger if anything were to pop up on the return. Over average experience since we didn’t get compensated for the 2 hours we spent between both places. If I was to rate the uhaul that assisted us and our problems 10/10

gail bThe problem was once we got ready to unload the trailer door would not open. I had to go to a U-Haul location and they could not open it so they pried it open, unloaded all my belongings and reloaded them into another trailer.

Gavaughn GWe reserved the Appliance dolly online because online it said the location had it. We get there we verify all the details including the dolly. He comes out with a utility dolly instead. Prior to though he says yes he has appliance dolly, knowing he didn’t have the correct one. Even his co worker or partner agreed with us that he initially agreed to have the appliance dolly. I feel like our finally cost were also too much ! It went from being $45 to $67 to $77 by the end and that is having it less than a few hours and we put the gas back into the truck that we were supposed to. I will not get a U-Haul from that location again and wouldn’t advice anyone else to either.

Joseph PI turned in the uhaul 2 hours prior to the time it was due. It was due back with 1/2 of a tank. I returned it with 3/4 of a tank just to be generous and then was charged an extra $55 the next day because they “forgot” that I turned it in. Still waiting on my refund…….

David CThe location told me I could affix the trailer myself or wait 30 minutes for workers to do it. I opted for the latter. The young man that affixed the trailer did not do so correctly and it came off my truck as soon as I drove off the location premises into a busy road. It almost caused an accident.

Dog hair was all over the front of the seats, ashes all over the front inside, weed was on the seats, the tire pressure light was on and a message that said put air in the tire and not to mention the bad smell inside. I have pictures and a video of the truck. NEVER choosing this location ever again.

Carl DPrice was a little expensive based on the size of truck. I rented a uhaul a month before that was an open bed truck and the price was 15 dollars cheaper Same distance but truck was more.

Patrick HI wouldn’t recommend this service to ANYONE!!! Absolutely the worst service I have ever in my life received! I was over charged for fuel, mileage, and hours of usage $230 and 2 days before Christmas! I’ve been getting the run around from so many different people it’s ridiculous. A manager named Joy and customer service representative named Robert Dempsey tried to help but only resulted in absolutely nothing. False hope on when my money would be refunded. Sitting on the phone waiting for hours to speak with someone to help me. This company is a unprofessional and a disgrace to anyone looking for help when moving! I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY DOG! Horrible service and they are thieves and will rob you if you let them!

Jeffery PRegency Furniture reported false information; claimed the fuel was not filled in accordance with the contract. Conclusion: Photos are photos. Math is math. One cannot argue with facts and we were refunded our money.

Donna GDrug addicts in the parking lot where vehicle/equipment is being rented from. Not safe at all. Online took 30 mintues just to check in and didn't allow to finish uploading photos of equipment being picked up. I called and reported to representatives what was happening with the check in, shape of the vehicle and representatives was very flustered and couldn't handle a customer service call. I was trying to explain to her, but she'd put me on hold and interrupt me. There was damage, old customer receipts from previous rentals, but the representatives didn't give me the chance to tell her about the receipts that held personal information about previous customers. I asked her if she had an email I can send the photos to and said, no. She took an incomplete report and just dismissed me and said there would be one put in. Her name was Valerie. This rental location was a nightmare, but I rented 2 weeks before from the Carolina Storage and it was a much better location and smoother check in, the Bragg Blvd location was horrible and dangerous.
