Improve the directions to locate the site for pickup of the truck. A "body Shop" was nowhere to be seen and the Regency Inn Hotel was not even mentioned as the location for pickup. Then, after driving around a circumference of 0ne mile several times, we inadvertently came upon the truck behind the Regency Inn. However, at that point in time, we then had to go "on Line" to re-register w/ U-Haul, which took 2 & 1/2 hours and delayed meeting our hired help already at location and costing us three hours of labor X's - two. Naturally, at that point in time, we were not aware of examining the gas gauge to see if the tank was "topped off", nor aware of it after driving the truck only 39 miles in three days. Hence, thinking that the gas pump would shut of automatically, I ended up "topping off" the tank with 39.82 gallons of gas costing me $150.48. ***For all I knew, if I would have only pumped six gallons or so that I used, I could probably have been liable for the remaining 33.82 gallons that U-haul would have pumped at a higher charge. So the actual question is, without "topping off" the tank, how can anyone including the past renters, the most recent renter (T. Derstine) or U-Haul be accountable.

Noah RThe trailer needed to be swept out and did have traces of grease or oil on the floor indicating a previous renter used it to transport automotive or mechanical equipment. Otherwise the trailer performed well transporting furniture for me.
MARK RThere was no additional equipment available to either use or rent like straps or dollies. This location was actually a motel, and there were people loitering. Though I was not afraid, I was a little uncomfortable with the vagrancy. The gentleman who rented us the truck was very polite and there was no problem with him. Not a terrible experience, but wasn't the best either. Should I HAVE to, I would go back and rent from that location, but I would not recommend to anyone else.
EDDIE CFilthy hotel. Bugs everywhere. Owners were rude and triple charged us for the rental. Supposed to get 50 miles free everyday. Had the rental 2 days and drove 115 miles in total and had to pay for every one. DO NOT RENT HERE OR RENT A ROOM HERE. they are scum and I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
