We did on mobile check in and i talked to someone in the morning. She was super nice and sweet 10/10 to her.
Erika HHaving been other locations and renting6x12 trailers, in the past the attendant had helped load the trailer on the ball and verified connections etc. did a walkthru of the unit for damages prior to me leaving. Appreciating this is a side hussle from their car wash and attendant was alone, however, i informed the attendant i had shoulder surgery and would need help loading the trailer on the ball, he said " ah its light, we have females who can do it and i can lift with 1 arm" . So i struggled and managed, not ideal. I brought the unit around the front for him to review and then was berated with "you did this wrong , did that wrong" . Well suppose he should have loaded it . in other locations, i would pull into a lot, the attendants would walk thru the unit with me, load the trailer on the vehicle, check connects, chains etc, very pleasant , professional and had some customer focus. Would not use this location again, unless they are the only ones in town with the trailer i need, perhaps i'd change my dates to find a better location next time as well. trailer worked as designed .. so got the job done.
DAVID PSmall location. Overcharged for extra few miles. Which was not in my contract will contact to get money back. Just added to existing credit card without even mentioning it. Husband took it back and we didn’t notice until we were gone I will be contacting office about this!

michaela kTruck was dirty, windows, mirrors quite bad. We had to sweep box before loading. Being that location is at a carwash, it might be in U-Hauls best interest to pay operator to keep vehicles cleaner. Location is handy and there is usually a selection of trucks & trailers.

JOHN HThe truck was pretty dirty…the outside, not a big deal..it’s spring, but the interior was gross. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in many years. Not just the floor mats but the dash, the cup holders, etc. The business renting the UHauls was even a CAR WASH business. The parking lot was a mud hole as well.
Chris CStaff was great. Everything on their end was ready when I picked up and dropped off. Only reason I did not give a excellent rating as it does not have lots of space to pick up and return equipment. Other then that great location and would recommend to others.

LUCJAN LI arrived at the pick-up location. It had rained and snowed earlier in the day. I went into the customer kiosk, provided the attendant with my reservation number when the phone rang - he was on a call for about 10 minutes with a u-haul customer about re-negotiating a return time. While he was on the phone, a customer of the car wash came in. When the attendant got off the phone, he said he had a customer paying for time and took care of her. I advised I was paying for time as well with the u-haul rental. He did the same to another car wash customer. Whatever. Anyway, he got me checked in and provided the moving blankets. In the meantime, I noticed that the 2 sofa bags I had purchased when I originally booked the truck were at the Regina Park Street location, where I booked the moving truck in the first place. My reservation was changed to a 26' truck due to unavailability, but it was booked to be picked up at a location that wasn't the most convenient. Anyway that all worked out. When I left the kiosk at the car wash, the vehicle was covered in ice and snow - I would have thought it would be uhaul's policy to ensure the vehicle is ready for travel, not for me to have to allow the vehicle to warm up in order to deice the windshield. Add to that, the 2 front tires were about 50psi, not the 110 psi recommended. This required an additional stop and $5 to inflate (no receipt is given from the air filling stations at gas stations).

carol oA clean trailer would have been nice considering we picked up from a car wash. Had someone actually checked the trailer prior to my pickup, the repairs necessary would not have delayed me 3.5 hours, and I would not have been subject to 6 filthy packing blankets with tape still on them from previous user.

Abayomi EI was given a truck with empty gas tank and l was charged gas for the truck which was $ 74.00 that l put into car and then l was charged $33 coming to a total of $103 .00 when l was quoted total of $77.00 when l made a booking l did not travel total long Distance ,l feel l was cheated if my money,please look into this

WADE LI recieved no help with the EZ tow dolly. It was covered in snow and ice and the straps were frozen solid and no one showed me how to load my car. When I asked I was told to just "google it".

SHANE LCustomer service was absolutely awful, when I was returning the trailer the dude working at the time was an asshole When I was picking up the trailer the lady at the front desk was a good help
MIAN JTrailer had a damaged hold down strap, I was given a replacement, but as the outdoor temp was below 20 I was not able to change the strap. Other strap was frozen and wouldn’t latch, trailer was covered in snow and ice, clearance lights were iced over. Wiring on trailer was too short to reach to the tow vehicle and required two extensions to reach.

IBRAHIM SWe had tire issues on the trailer. U-Haul response was good but still resulted in about a 6 hour delay which required an unplanned overnight stay at a hotel.
Bruce MMy earlier experience with this location was above average. But had a bad experience on the last visit. The assigned vehicle as mentioned in the contract was obstructed by another vehicle parked behind. When the same was brought to the attention of the person in charge, he refused to assist in moving the vehicle behind and instead gave the keys of second vehicle. While I pointed out that the contract mentions about the first vehicle, he was very rude to me and insisted to use the second vehicle with first vehicles details on contract. Because of that I couldn't even complete the online verification of vehicle status by uploading photos as the system detected vehicle with another plate number. Instead of moving the second vehicle and assisting me to take the assigned vehicle itself, that guy messed up my schedule by showing his attitute saying thay if I need I should take the second truck or contract will be cancelled. When I asked him what about the online vehicle verification - He said don't do that, when I again raised my concerns of not uploading the vehicle pictures, he again showed up with his attitude instead settling my concern. I had to take the vehicle without following the usual procedures and I really felt uncomfortable.

ROBEL TLicense plate was put on with a Zap strap , I wasn't told I had to go in when I returned auto transport so I was charged a extra day because they didn't check to make sure it was there.

ROBRT SLocation yes would recommend, using Uhaul again will never recommend to anyone, scheduling managers, supervisor and department tried backing out of a 3 day rental, threatened me if I didn’t accept they would cancel reservation AFTER I got confirmation that it was confirmed, they called 6 days before move saying the truck is unavailable with NO Alternative

JUSTUS DWhen a person already has a reservation for a piece of equipment why does an email come to say you need to go 120km away from where your reservation you already have to get it. This is poor business and will lose customers. Leave reservations alone that are already in place

LEONARD CWe ordered a 26 ft truck two days before said it was a 20 ft we were to pick it up at 6:30 on Mon July 22 but my son had to pick it up at 4:30 so we loaded on Tues and could not get everything in so out good neighbor came with his truck and trailer and we got it all on by the time we got to Moose Jaw and unloaded we didn’t get the truck back till 7:30 or 8:00 not like you said 9:30 Wed morning so you charged me another 82.00 which I am not happy about because if we had the 26 ft truck we would have gotten it all in . I asked to be credit back the $82.00 but no refund so letting you know I will never use your company again and will let our friends know to go elsewhere very poor customer service . Shaaren Stack
