Vehicle was dirty and manager very rude. I asked to inspect and he'd show me the truck as a first time and had to drive around 2500 miles. He refused.

Great customer service, convenient location
LUCJAN LFuel cost charge me $52 for 35km thats really huge amount. It would cost me about max$15 if I refuel it.

Ron HThis was the second location I had to visit. I had reserved a U-Haul truck at one location in Regina for 7am. When I got to the location I was told that the truck I reserved was not available and they no alternatives for me. Then was sent to another location where I arrived at 7:30 to find out it was not open until 8 and had to wait 30 mins for that to even open. The experience after that was good. However it was very frustrating to make a reservation and having to waste over an hour of my time travelling to multiple locations in order to get the truck I reserved a week prior. I barely got an apology from the first location. I was not impressed by location 1.
