Both employees I dealt with at Regina Car wash were outstanding!

Improve customer service. I had the rudest experience of my life in one of your store at 20 Hesse Bay, Regina. The receptionist guy was incredibly rude and racist towards me. He was talking to me in vey disrespecting tone from the very start. I came to pick up a truck that I reserved online. After an hour when I was back to return the vehicle, instead of checking the truck himself he was asking me to go take pictures of the meters. He was not talking to me in decent manner, he was almost ordering me with a  rude and loud tone to go take pictures. Anyway, after bringing the pictures he asked me to go back and take pictures again, because it wasn't 'clear enough' to him. It was clear and I even read it out to him. I refused to do so and he told me to 'give the key and get the fuck out of here'. "You guys are the worst" referring to my ethnicity. 'retard' 'motherfu**er' 'dumfu*k'. These are some other words he used. At one point he came very close to me aggressively with intention of physical assault, I was afraid of my safety and left the place. He also charged me extra $15 coverage charge which I did not pick.

Website isn't accurate. Myself and my downstairs roommate who lived in my basement both reserved trucks and then we're told that they didn't have them so we had to downsize which made it extremely difficult. If I had the 26' truck like the website said was available I wouldn't have had to get another trailer. Also we did not like how the back was extremely slippery. We fell multiple times maybe you should install rubber matting so this doesn't happen again and no one gets hurt. The ramp should also have rubber strips so it's not slippery. Wasn't impressed

The male who was working lacked customer service skills. He wasn't welcoming nor friendly. I had originally registered online for my 26' truck for 24 hrs from the Park Ave location in Regina, SK, but was told my order was being processed at Hesse Bay. The worker tried giving me a trailer until 7:30AM, so I offered to give him my confirmation number but he refused that, when I corrected him again, he got all huffy and said ‘I guess so'. I told him twice that I needed it for 24 hrs. He was then annoyed that my camera wasn't working to scan my license so he started touching my phone screen to do it himself! Then again, he got huffy because he had to do it on his phone. I had gotten a text from uhaul telling me my order was confirmed for 23hrs and then shortly after it said until 7:30am. I was busy moving so disregarded the message at the time and later forgot about it. I then received a phone call from that location at 8:04am the next morning, asking where I was with the truck because the next people are waiting for it. I explained I was out of town with the truck and it was only half full and needed to move yet. She sounded confused and said ‘ok' then hung up on me. When it was drop off, the older male who was working wasn't able to ring in the customer in front of me. He said his system wasnt working and got sick of waiting and told him ‘sorry my system isn't letting me process it, you won't be able to get a truck today, here's your card. Sorry have a nice day.' It looked like he wasn't even trying and sounded like he didn't even care. You could tell the customer was instantly worried and panicked. Honestly I would too that would be terrible when your trying to move! This man working was more pleasant with me than the male from the night before but was still lacking customer service skills. He made the one customer move his trolley and sanitize it. Isn't that his job!? Smh! For future reference when booking, I would like to have my future dealings with uhaul to be dealt through the park st location. The workers are professional and respectful. My overall experience with Hesse Bay was very distasteful.

They initially gave me truck and when i checked, on of the tire was flat and sidewall of tire was damaged. When i asked the cashier and instead of accepting it, she told me someone must flat the tire overnight.

I picked up the trailer after getting the runaround at the 1535 Park Street location. After waiting for nearly an hour, they told me there was no trailer available and I had to go to the location at 20 Hesse bay. I booked this trailer the day ahead online and also did the online check in that was supposed to save me time and guarantee my trailer would be available at the location I chose which was 1535 Park Street. I am very disappointed with this service! I will be pursuing the $50 guarantee that the website advised that I would be applicable if my trailer was not available at the location of my choice.

The trailer I had reserved on the website was not at this location, but the person I was dealing with was able to substitute a cargo van instead. Great service, easy to deal with. Wish there wasn't a disconnect between what's on the website and what's actually at the location.

Was in and out in only a couple minutes because I signed up for everything online first. The guy was friendly and I had no issues with the equipment. Only wish the location had some items for sale such as bed bags like the east location does.

The location staff are very helpful and friendly. But if you need to call the toll free number for assistance or information the wait times are terrible. I placed 3 calls into the toll free number all of which had me on hold for over 20 minutes each time. The online truck return process is ridiculous and preferred pickup is a waste of time as I had to drive 2.5 hours to a totally different city to pick up the unit then was charged for the mileage to go from the pick up to my original start point even though the customer service person said they had made the change and I wouldn't be charged for it. The corporate side to this was a disaster but the in person rep was great at the location.

Dont rent from this store. They charged my card without my knowledge and said I gave them a voice authorization when I didnt. Upon return I told the gentleman I wanted to pay with another card and he said when the contract is closed someone will call me. I was not called. I was not emailed. Sean biggins charged my card without my knowledge. Upon return in the check in form, I was given the option to pay by other payment option. He still charged my card without my knowledge. Im going on a trip tomorrow and dont have enough on my card for this trip because he charged my card.

I had reserved a rental for a 15 foot uhaul the week prior and was to pick up at P&J mechanical. When I attended that location there was no vehicle available for me. I called Uhaul with no success. I then drove across town to the main location on Park Street, where they DID have my reservation noted, but had no vehicle for me. At this point I had already lost an hour and a half of my time on my moving day. I was at that location for over an hour before a vehicle was found for me and was advised that I could go to Regina Carwash to pick it up. The vehicle that I ended up getting was substantially larger (26 foot) than what I had reserved and I had to (again) drive across town to pick it up. I wasn't able to start moving until 1 PM when I had planned to start at 9 AM The staff at the main Uhaul location on Park street (especially Greg... I didn't catch the name of the other lady, unfortunately) were both very friendly and I could tell they were doing their absolute best to assist me, which I greatly appreciated. They apologized numerous times and went out of their way to try to make things work for me. As such, I would say that the staff were excellent. However, my experience was not - for a few reasons: 1. I lost a substantial amount of time trying to get the Uhaul, which caused a lot of stress for me, as the individuals who were helping me move were waiting for me at my house for several hours. 2. I had to drive across town (more than once) which cost me not only time, but also extra gas money for both my own personal vehicle AND for the Uhaul, as the location I ended up getting my a vehicle from (Regina Carwash) is as far across the city from my residence as possible. 3. I was charged the full rate (and has abc transportation fees) for a 26 foot truck, as opposed to the 15 foot truck I had reserved, which was extremely disappointing to me.

What I ordered well in advance was not available and was advised 3 days before I needed it. So I had to adjust everything (including location of pick up to this place). That morning I paid online and arrived on time and the trailer I was renting had not been returned. As everything planned was hinged on this trailer - and everything I had organized, it was very frustrating. The girl, Kim, was very sympathetic and tried her best to find something. She arranged for me a cube van for a similar cost. I then had to make more alternate arrangements at that time (and there were time-restraints in my plans) - inconvenience someone to drive my vehicle as I then had to drive a van (and incur gas costs too). After all this I was able to move the items, but it was very frustrating.....I am disappointed that UHaul had no other 5x8 trailers in Regina - no 'spares' , it became a last minute scramble because what I had booked was not available. The guy when I was dropping off the cube van tried to charge me another 120+ dollars. I refused advising I had paid in full and he said UHaul can deal with you. I said yes, please have them call me. In the morning I called UHaul and was reassured I had no other costs to pay. The only saving grace of this experience is the girl, Kim, who really tried her best to find some kind of solution.
